Fellow
Ahmed B. Khalid, MBBS
Resident Appointee
Bio
I grew up in Pakistan and went to medical school at the Aga Khan University in Karachi. I moved to Indianapolis in 2019 for my internal medicine residency at IU. I then stayed on as a chief resident before deciding to continue my fellowship training at IU. This decision was made easy by the excellent mentorship I received from the oncology faculty during my time as a resident. My academic interests include clinical research in thoracic oncology, GU oncology and immunotherapy. In my free time, I like to play video games, read sci-fi and travel with my wife.
