As part of a longstanding tradition, physician family members of graduates may hood them at the Graduate Recognition Ceremony.
If you want a family member to hood you, complete your request by March 7. Your submission will be reviewed to confirm their eligibility. You'll then be notified by mid-March with approval and further instructions.
Family hooders must wear full academic regalia and sit in a a designated are area near the stage—not in the general audience with other family and friends.
